Best value in an all in one floor board?

Re: Best value in an all in one floor board?

Used GT-10, GT-8 anyone???

Can work. Gt8 can sound kinda like this through a power amp & real cab https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=5eq_-UM7ETY

Gt10 is a little easier to navigate with the display & buttons, also has an additional ctrl pdl 2 on it. The amp modeling works for 70s,80s sounds, you would probably dig it.

Gotta warn ya though, they aren't the easiest to get a direct to PA sound but doesn't look like you will be running it that way, so yeah.

I don't need realistic. looking for slick produced sounding.

And is the Fractal miles away in price too?

The Fractal is expensive, like $1400. But it is produced-sounding...it sounds like a recorded CD, which is why so many touring bands use them.

Another vote here for the Zoom G5, or even a G3. Great slick-sounding amp sims, flexible, affordable. Recently sold a G3 and regretting it already; it's the one multi-fx/modeller that I never felt that I had to "fight" to get good sounds from.

Best value in an all in one floor board?

I recently picked up a TCE G system for $600 brand new. Yeah, I need a rack for my pedal drawer and power supply, but it can midi control my amp, has 4 loops for drive effects, and has one cable for floor pedal. It's a lot to set up but the effects are great and it can control a lot of stuff.

I have used the zoom, digitech and some of the boss stuff in the past, the boss was good but this does more of what I want and I can use my own distortion pedals with it.

The fractal and like are nice but very expensive and I'm still attached to my bogner pedals and my heads distortion.

I stepped up from the nova system which I still use as a backup and for practicing at home. The nova system is really cheap now & still has some great effects.

Line 6 Helix. Dead serious. I like mine well enough that I've pretty much abandoned my amp building aspirations and am about 85% sure I'm gonna sell off most of my amps and stompboxes.

That's a bold statement.
