Davey Goliath of Tone Oct 9, 2005 #3 Re: best wood to use for a cab i should have the cab i ordered sometime this week (maybe even today) i used birch (i think it's birch) anyway. same wood rivera cabs are built. real solid and good woody, open tone.. i'll be using v30's with it
