Black or white pickups for my white Schecter?

This guitar originally had white Invaders. I thought sure I wanted my new pickups to be white as well, so I put a white Distortion in the bridge. Not yet decided on the neck pickup I want, so I put in a black 59 I had laying around. After looking at it, I like black better than I thought I would.

What do you prefer?

I would go black...

Gold covers would be cool but you would need to change all the hardware or it would look wonky... or at least to me it would.

When you use any pickup colors other than black, have fun finding a buyer that's looking for what you have when you decide to try something else.

Worrying what a potential buyer might think of it really flies in the face of the whole spirit behind personal customization. Its not like if he wants to sell it it would be a hard deal to put black pickups in it. Even then it originally had white pickups in it for selling purposes he would be best off with the stock pickups in it.

Not to mention and not poo pooing the guitar but it is just a Schecter.

WHITE!!!! with black mounts to contrast and equalize the dark hardware. and the white looks much classier than black.

I think the black looks good. Less flashy, but more classy.

I wasn't talking about selling the guitar, I was talking about selling the pickups.

If you would have followed what I was saying, my response would have been -

You have no idea how many times I've gone into the Trading Post and thought "I'd buy that pickup if it was black".

Maybe I'll start posting that.

I'll buy a neon pink pickup if it is the model I'm looking for and has a great price. I'd just put a cover on and be happy.

White with the black rings looks cool. Personally, Id go purple, but thats me.. OR go with opposite zebras neck and bridge

I was going to say black because I like the contrast, but the b/W zebra sounds nice.
