Blue Moto Strat ? was this for real ???

My bass player has a strat, claims it's a 1 of 150 made "Blue Moto"
I have been busting my balls trying to find info on a "blue moto" strat.

I have seen green & some bizar red motos...but nothing blue.

I noted the green & weird red motos have matching body & headstock
*The red has a red neck too*

My bass players has a blue body (paint) not pearloid only thing really different
is the blue moto pick guard....So what anyone can buy one of those.
and the knobs are blue too.

I'm thinking he may have been ripped off ? or is talking Chit!

Anyone have any info on these "blue moto" strats ? anything?
