Blueish Glow Emminateing from Output tubes..

I finally replaced My output tubes after three years. And upon putting them in and Powering the amp up, I noticed a Bluish Glow. Now there was a Slight Bluishness to The previous tubes I had in there, But these Tubes Are glowing Blue much More noticeably.
The filiments are glowing Like normal (yellowish-orange). And The amp sounds fine, with much better Lowend than before. But this bluish glow Is a little odd. I don't know if this is Normal or not? I've had some amps that had this bluish glow on the output tubes, But never this noticeably before. Is it just cause These are a different Brand of Tubes Than I've had before? (These are Sovtek cause I didn't have money for better)
Should I be concerned with this? Or is it just normal for Sovtek tubes? Also these new tubes seem to heat up to a higher tempature than The previous tubes I had in it (groove tubes), Should I be concerned with this?

thanks in advance for any info/advice anyone can give.

It's usually a sign of older tubes, but if the tubes are new, I wouldn't worry too much.

The main thing is that the gray plate inside isn't turning orange around the edges, as if it's over heated (biased too hot). You should just see a normal yellow orange glow and some blue glow.

No the plate isn't over heating, Or at least It doesn't appear to be. Its not turning orange around the edges or anything. And the filiments of the tubes don't seem to be glowing hotter than the previous tubes.
But these tubes do seem to be throwing off more heat that the what was in there previously. And when I was back there checking to see whether the grey plate was overheating, I noticed a smell. Just sorta like a "hot" smell, a little like dust. So I dunno what thats about, an I dunno whether thats bad, Being as I've never sniffed the inside of my amp before that. So is that bad? Or not a big deal?
