When you modified it seven years ago, did you leave it exactly the same apart from glueing the neck joint?

If so did you notice any tonal difference (and if so, what)?

i was wondering the same thing, did you just glue the neck in and reshape the heal a bit or new neck or ???

Yeah the hanger fell off and I found it on the ground.

That's exactly what I did, glued the existing neck on, shaped it and painted it.

I'm not sure if it changed the sound, Its been awhile..

This is why I'll never use wall hangers...flimsy bloody things.

i only have one hanger, its screwed into a stud so unless the metal arm breaks from the weight of the guitar, it aint goin no where
