Heya,
For straight up gain boost, I use a Duncan Pickup Booster pedal. It just gives you flat gain boost without coloring your sound at all. You get up to 25 dB of gain boost, which should fill your needs. I also use a 2204 as part of my rig (along with a 2205) and this pedal does nicely if I just wanna boost my signal. Give it a try.......

If you want a clean boost that does not mes with the tone but woudl also like the option of adding a tad bit of dirt from the pedal get a Banzai ColdFusion and be done with it...

Is that a Bassman or Tremolux??? Can't tell from the photo. One of my best friends has a '62 Tremolux....... Cool amp!

Hi GJ.....I just sold my OCD on flea bay....Guess I Like my own pedals and I didn't really see what all the OCD hype was about,plus I still have no use for Mike Fuller! LOL :laugh2:

That's a good example of trying out a bunch of stuff, then keeping what you really need. No problem with that!

I've kept half the Fulltone pedals I've owned, and the other half hit the chopping block. I wish I never sold my gold Dejavibe and 69 pedal.

GJ.....Actually I sell stuff so I can add more stuff to my cruiser motorcycle! :laugh2:

I do still have my Mini Deja Vibe,but I'll admit I don't use it much and use the one in my Valvetronix amp alot...

When I 1st got my SFX-03 I drilled holes in my pedal board for it. I've since removed it... WHY? Cuz' the SFX-03 is all I need ! The pedal board stays home now. :smokin: Sometimes I think the SFX-03 was designed for me,Cuz it does everything I need a OD/Dist. box to do and and than some.
