Has anyone used a Pearly Gates bridge p/u as a neck p/u? I have one & was thinking of using it in the neck position with a Custom until I can find a suitable replacement.
I have an 8.4k PGb in the neck slot of my maple Carvin DC127-T paired with a CC in the bridge. It worked out so well that I don't think I'll ever replace the pickups in that guitar again.
