bridge sh1 59

could i put a bridge 59 humbucker in the neck position of a les paul copy
if so would it matter that the outside poles didnt line up with the strings
also i lhave been looking for wiring diagrams to wire a 4 wire humbucker and a 2wire humbucker with 1 or 2 push pull pots to get out of phase and coil tapping
for the above guitar.i can only find diagrams for 2 four wire humbuckers.
can anybody help please
