'Bucker tape

Hey guys, can anyone suggest and possibly link some good humbucker tape, the one that goes all around the outside? I got some awhile back but it's not anywhere near as good as the stock Seymour Duncan stuff.

I bought some of this a while back:

I go with tissue tape from hardware store cause it comes multicolored and is identically isolating!

That sounds interesting, I will have to go check that tape out. I know for sure I will get some of the industry 3M #11 stuff, but I wanted to try other things first.

^^^ +1 for StewMac. The pickup tape is nice stuff - ive used it - and their customer service is great.

I just get it from China, via eBay. Loads of width sizes available, cheap, but takes a couple of weeks to arrive.

It doesn't stretch much at all as you go around the bobbins, and frays at the tops of the bobbins like crazy. That's why I was looking for a different tape. I got it from china, but wasn't satisfied.

The correct tape is 3M Acetate Cloth Electrical Tape 11 - 1/2" width

Yup, that's what I am going to be after as my primary tape. It's good stuff.
