Buckethead - Who has seen him live?

I guess he's coming to Doodah. I've seen some of his vids through the years. One of my pals has been a fan since forever, and he will go for sure. I'm thinking I should go to see him at least once, just for the experience. The concert will be at The Cotillion Ballroom here in town, the place holds maybe 1200? I've been going there since I was a kid. To give you an idea - my 1st rock show - I saw Paul Revere & The Raiders there when I was 12, back in 1968. Boy, that's been a minute.

I have not, but he's on the list of people I need to see. I think he'd be an interesting guy to do a meet and greet with too.

Do it man, he's definitely on my 'bucket' list of people to see.
Seriously though, I've heard that he was really good.

Tickets were $35, I got $15 worth of entertainment. He brought a drummer/vocalist, a whole bunch of backing tracks, and an effects board. The guy has chops, to be sure - but he's apparently happy with low end riffing collapsing into white noise. Color me disappointed. It's essentially hard rock/electronic dance music for the very stoned.

I understand he is a pretty odd guy. That is probably why he doesn't have a band himself, or hasn't been tapped to join a successful band (and stay with them).
