cab wiring - help

well, the only speakers i'd ever consider using with the bassman (em legend 125's) only come in 8 ohms, which is bad, because I'm trying to wire a 2x12 of them for 8 ohms

is there any way to do that? as in wire 2, 8 ohm speakers together & get an 8 ohm load?

or is wiring it for 16 & daisy chaining with another 16 ohm cab my only option

Unfortunately, there's no way to get 8 ohms out of two 8's. You can put them in parallel for 4 ohms, or series for 16. :blackeye:

I agree with Artie...

Yeah, you only options are to wire them in series to get a 16 Ohm load and then in parallel with a 16 Ohms. Or to wire them in parallel to get a 4 ohms load and then in series with a 4 Ohms load.
