Cabinet impedance question...

Hey guys,
For some reason my splawn cabinet has 4 inputs on back. 2 for 16 ohm mono and 2 for 8 ohm stereo. Im not to keen on how all of that works, just the basics. Why would it have 4 inputs? Does this mean that i could say... set my head to 8 ohm and plug it into one of the 8 ohm input and essentially use it as a 2x12 cab? Or could i use two heads into one cab at the same time using the stereo inputs?

Re: Cabinet impedance question...

The two mono jacks allow you to daisy chain it to another cab. One cable goes from the amp to this cab while the other jack allows for another cable to go to a second cab.

The two stereo jacks are for the L/R inputs.
