Can Some Genius Explain Vox's "Valve Reactor"?

Re: Can Some Genius Explain Vox's "Valve Reactor"?

Sure it does. That's an employee. A new hire starting to do his job wherever he can find it... which, apparently, is here, six years ago.

Not an employee ... just a Tonelab enthusiast that stumbled over the forum while surfing the web...

No I didn't. If you go and look at his participation in other threads since his first appearance here you will find he's an opinionated know it all that talks rubbish.
I wouldn't invite him to participate at all, he's full of opinionated mis information and he's a waste of time.

He's done really badly at trolling and relating to other people in his short time here.

I was reffering to Adiarse who appeared after him and it was his first post here.
Also I queried Tlabs appearance, to answer a really old thread. I got no response from him and I wasn't saying welcome.

Are you guys always this nice around here ? :33:

I love my Tonelab, I had something to contribute here in this very old thread... which is, apparently, still young enough to be read by you guys... :D

Btw, I also like Seymour Duncan Pickups... and any time soon, I will also contribute to a somewhat newer topic :D

Am I a bit welcome now, Vulture?

Peace

err it's not up to me, but yes, Edwuld says you are. Sorry I was retorting to Edwuld who is very strange some days.

By the way; you post and it comes up in the recent posts. That's what got my attention. This thread has been pretty dormant... for a while.

Edit: Oh! and nice ? Just ask Uberdude.

Re: Can Some Genius Explain Vox's "Valve Reactor"?

I know this is a very old thread but I am very curious if you'd be able to make a Valve Reactor pedal that you'd put in the effects loop. Since I quite like my VOX AC30VR I thought it would be a fun project to be able to add such a small power amp tube to any solid state amplifier. I do have a vox ac30VR schematic VOX AC30VR.jpg this is the power section which includes the valve reactor tube. But my question to you guys is is it possible to create a pedal with a valvereactor tube and if so what part of the schematic is part of the valve reactor circuit and what part of the schematic is part of the solidstate power amp circuit?

Thanks and regards,

Tom
