I'm sure to some of you it's child's play.So I recently remembered the L-pad thing thanks to some posts. Now this is what I'm thinking:
Ibanez RG550 stock middle sc and distortion mayhem set for neck and bridge hbs.1 switch to lower output in BOTH pos 1 and 5 ONLY.Same splits as usual in positions 2 and 4.If possible without affecting the output in sc mode for the humbuckers in pos 2 and 4.So basicly the same splits-configurations in positions 2 to 4 but with a flick of a switch normal or lower output mode for the humbuckers.Plus i would like to go to about screaming deamon output for bridge and about overwound paf for neck when the pad is engaged. So -3db,or how much attenuation do you reccomend for such a result?I think this change in output will help me get 2 modes in feel actually as it will change both the output and the amp's front end compression sonic signature.
