Can someone recommend a s/pdif card or unit

I'm looking to hook my GNX3 to my PC so I can record or hear it through the pc speakers when I play. I know I need to have a s/pdif input so can you guys recommend anything that wont break the bank? I've seen some cards and some USb type units. Doesnt have to be too fancy, besides I started looking and there is so much to wade through and choose from I got frustrated

Consider this a bump. I'd like to do the same with my toneport ux2.

The M-Audio cards are good band for the buck.
