Carvin amps being blown out for 25% off. Looks like they are no more only the Keisel

Re: Carvin amps being blown out for 25% off. Looks like they are no more only the Kei

Still love my Carvin gear. It's been rock solid for me through the years. All of it's still going strong. I always felt the build quality was excellent. A shame to see the audio company closing their USA factory. Will be interesting to see what they do with this pedal company and where they will be made.

Has anyone here ever used a Quad X Amp? I never did, and got the same catalogs. I wondered if it was any good, but the ad copy made it sound like all other amps were worthless.

Hmmmm. The new Carvin business model ... advertise going out of business sales in order to avoid going out of business. :bigok:

Shrinking discounts
Pulling desirable items to avoid loss of revenue

I was at that show it was in Boston. It took 20 - 30 minutes to get the rig going again.

That is Phil Bynoe on bass. Great guy and a good friend of mine. Phil lived two blocks away from me when we were kids and help introduce me to the guitar.

Wait a minute it says that Steve Vai clip was in Slovenia. He had the exact same problem when I saw him on that tour in Boston. That doesn't say much for Carvin amps when they crap the bed with that much regularity.
