Cellulose primer

Its my first time priming a strat body so I may be a bit trigger happy. I've been using this nitrocellulose primer from http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190506918780&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_2240wt_1256

In case I need more, rather than shelling out another £15 can I just use a cellulose primer from a automotive store or will it react badly or should I just pay the extra and get another can of the

I find that it's better to stick with the same brand due to different types of formula's. Switching brands or types of finish in the middle of a project is never a good idea in my opinion. Also, most companies will not tell you thier formulations due to so called trade secrets.
