Changing Bobbin / Pickup Color

Is it possible to swap bobbins between pickups of the same make? Without damaging the pickup?

I have a creme top in another pickup that I'd like to use.

Yup, that's how you make hybrids. Except the bobbins are from certain different pups.

As long as you have steady hands and good eyesight, your all set. Or in my case, a large magnifying glass with a bright light!
