Changing out PRS #7 PUPs for SD JB and Alnico II wiring help needed

Hey all,
I am a long time strat/tele player and have swapped out a lot of pickups over the years. I am new to PRS and am having some trouble figuring out how to get the color codes from the PRS and SD to match up. The guitar is a S2 Semihollow w/ #7's and a push/pull coil tap in it. I really don't want to get this wrong the first time, so I am looking to the combined wisdom of the SD forum members

So if I have this right, which I am starting to doubt...

PRS White > SD Red
PRS Black > SD White
PRS Red > SD Green and Black tied together???

I made a diagram of what I know of the color codes from PRS and SD.

Is this right? Really looking forward to putting these in hopefully today, but do not want to have to guess at it.

I would seriously appreciate any help I can get!

I have very limited experience with PRS pups so what I am about to say may not be 100% for your situation.

As regards colour codes PRS can be confusing in that the magnet in the bridge pup is sometimes flipped so if you treat either the black or white wires as the hot wire the pups are out of phase. You will probably find in your guitar that the black wire on the neck pup is treated as the hot and goes to the 3 way and the white goes to ground probably via the push pull while on the bridge the white is the hot wire and goes to 3 way via a push pull and the black goes to ground.

You are correct that PRS red equals SD black and green together.

Having said that, you seem to be replacing both pups with SDs so wiring should not be a problem. You just need to decide how you wish to wire up your push pull. I think PRS cut to the inner bridge and neck screw but you do of course have other options.

But if you are indeed replacing both pups with Duncans, you would run green to ground, red and white together, and black is hot (unless you're wiring it out of phase).
