Cavities routed for electronics ,front one will house the switch and battery and the rear one will be for volume and tone.recesses for covers routed too



Routes to join up cavities are done ,and some chambering



Trying to decide which side has the best grain - any preferences?

Did you even notice your gloss? eh?

Do you think there's any benefit to a truss rod veneer besides the obvious of no squeeze out into the channel when gluing the fb??

I was told to use the veneer when I bought my first Gotoh truss rod ,so never gave it much thought

Got a bit done this weekend ,Drilled the control holes ,scraped the truss rod fillet flush ,routed the neck taper and the tenon to shape ,routed the mortice in the body
