Cheap custom guitars?

Hey guys!

I've started thinking about making my next guitar a customized one. So now I'm trying to find out if there are any "cheap" guitar makers out there that also make high quality instruments. Preferably someone that ships world wide, or at least to Europe. I've been thinking about Amfisound, but other suggestions would kick major ass.

Here's what I'm thinking about getting, in case someone has ideas for cool stuff I should add:

PRS-ishly shaped guitar with less/no sharp beveled edges around the body (my PRS gives me ganglions)

Quilted maple top on mahogany, dark blue burst paint job.

Compound radius 25" scale neck, 24 extra jumbo frets, abalone moon cycles or small roman numerals for fret markers.

Original Floyd Rose

Duncan JB or Custom 5 in the bridge position, flipped/reversed Duncan Alnico Pro II in the middle position, Duncan Jazz in the neck.

5 way pickup selector, push/pull tone knob for splitting the humbuckers, push/pull volume knob for disabling everything but the bridge pickup (including the volume knob), and a mini switch for putting the coils of the humbuckers in paralell instead of serial.

Any kickass ideas as well as company suggestions are very appreciated.

Hm... Forgot to write that I'd preferably like a set neck. I'm not sure, but I seem to remember that Warmoth only does bolt-on stuff..?

....I figure I'd feel rather good about myself if I could put that guitar together all on my own. Hm. Warmoth...

Custom guitars aren't cheap. Building a custom floyded guitar, by the time you're done, ends up costing just in parts (at least with my specs) about $1200.

I got a quote for a fairly tricked out Randy Rhoads style flying V for €2200 at Amfisound.fi ages ago.

That's roughly what I'd consider a "cheap" custom guitar. I'm not going to shell out much more than that, though.

You are asking a whole lot but, obviously not willing to pay a whole lot. Something is a bit off in that equation.

Good luck to ya.

I wonder if Pete Crossley could ship up to there. His guitars are amazing.

Not necessarily. I just kicked my ass for not thinking about a brand I should have thought about from the get-go (being a big Pain of Salvation fan).

Mayones. http://www.mayones.com

Total D'OH moment. Mailing them now. There's no dealer in Norway, so I might even be able to buy the guitar directly from them and have them send it here. Or maybe I'll just have to take a trip to Gdansk, Poland. And possibly see some concentration camps as well, to get my history fix. Perhaps Auschwitz. ("The meaning of pain!")

(......I don't' want anyone to die that way, though.)
