cheapest tube amp?

is 15 class A tube watts into a 12" speaker enough to gig/rehearse on? the ampeg J12T, V-series V1512, and the blues junoir, (and gibson goldtone) are alll this setup.

my other choice is the classic 30. im hopefully gonna go to a few shops this wekend and play them all.
