my band just recorded on the weekend and i got one of our songs up at http://myspace.com/stratusfearmusic.

we didnt have the money to fix up all our mistakes as you will notice a couple here and there, but i want your opinions on the song and the recording quality, thanks.

edit: i can't really comment on the recording quaility as i don't have anything to base it off other than the really professional stuff. if i was i would say that it sound a little thin honestly when the lead guitar isn't in . i hate to sound critical and i'm probably wrong but i think your singer needs to open his throat. especially on the high notes. i'm probably wrong. you can tell it's not recorded 100% professionaly but it's not a bad quality either

i like it.

the bass drum and bass sound really thin to me. singer needs to wail more.

don't like the double bass kick drums or the vocal style but thats just my musical taste, not your recording. great guitar solo by the way
