Okay I have decided on getting the cream pearl pickguard, thanks to your guys input, anyways I was most interested in that first. Now I just need to decide what kind of pickup configuration I should get for the double fat pickup.

Right now is between 2 choices the 2 hum setup or the 2 fat setup here http://www.warmoth.com/pickguards/pickguards.cfm?fuseaction=pickguards_strat

I have super II and 59 trembucker pickups that I'm going to put on the pickup.

Which setup do you guys think I should get so pickups fit perfectly?

Re: Choosing a pickguard configs?

fat means the edges of the hum cutout are rounded to perfectly fit around a pickup with no cover on it and follow the lines of it. regular hum is a square cutout for using a covered pickup. so if you have no covers go fat if you have covers go hum.

Exactly... I'd also think about if you may want to change to covered buckers in the future...

Re: Choosing a pickguard configs?

I made the mistake of ordering a Fat/Fat and had to dremel the edges out, otherwise the covered humbucker in the neck and the parallel axis trembucker in the bridge wouldn't fit.
