Here's what I'm thinking:
N: "Middle" RW/RP Fat 50
M: "Standard" CS69
B: SSL-5 (or SSL-5T, up to you)
Reason, a standard Fender single cool is equivalent to a RWRP Duncan, so the standard CS69 and RWRP Fat 50's will cancel hum, then the Duncan is equivalent to a RWRP Fender, so it cancels hum with the middle. Of course if you'd prefer neck/bridge to cancel hum you'd need something different.
Personally, I LIKE the middle position on a Strat. Also, I've setup one Strat with non RWRP and the middle sounds are a little different, IMO. Of course sometimes you want to eliminate noise by any means so that noise cancelling position is great, especially clean!
