I know that Hank Marvin now uses Kinman pickups but I much prefer the sound he got in the past, vintage Shadows. Which SD pickups will nail this please ? Thanks !

Hank Marvin's sound is based upon that 60's era Strat pickup.
You would most likely get that sound with the Duncan Antiquity Surfers.
If those are out of your price range, I believe the runner up would be the SSL-1 Vintage Staggered which are supposed to be good as well.
