$1900 for that thing LOL...i can out build that for much less!!!
i'm pretty much done with factory guitars now since i really only like to play super strats and i have building them down to a science with the help of a few people!! although i do have several non super strat Clone build ideas that i will be doing in the future little by little.
thanks again for the kind words on my wild creation!

oh and strangesound...no licking my guitar LOL.

Mike, dude, you are a genious, you see, my first guitar is 1989 Kramer Floyed Rose II totally pinke with original yeallow "Body Glove" sticker(was in to Kiss in my teens) I am a strat guy now, die hard style - maple necks, but I will put a strat maple neck on it mmmmmm TASTY I was thinking of just puting new frets in, re-wire stuff, and new SD hum, but I will go for a strat maple neck thing. BTW your baby looks F*%*@ng amazing, thanks bro !

i liek the pink color but that gutar is too buttrock for me. nice color though i wishd i coukld have that on a less paul.

All right we let it watch Metal Mania on VH1 Classic tonight and it responded well until Poison came on, then we had to turn it off. It was trying to swing itself around everybody's neck.
I played some Dire Straits, James Gang and some Doobie Bros on it and it calmed right back down.
Cool guitar Mike and it plays real nice.

Fellow pink guitar owner here!
My ESP is more of a soft peach though. It's an '88 Jackson Soloist ripoff... maple body/neck with ebony fret board and OFR with tone zone and two single coil ESP blade pickups. I was actually going to ditch the middle coil and get a hot rails just for the neck. They'd be like brothas!

LOL :chairfall ok so now i know when i'm done playing some 80s music with it to go into some "Money For Nothing" before i put it away so it doesn't try to escape from the case and try to spin around anyone near it LOL. or perhaps i should learn some Poison just for it LOL.

I was a teen in the 80's so i grew up with guitars like this... love it... not a huge pink fan, but it has that bubble gum pink to it that is cool.... but the guitar itself is very cool all i want in a super strat!!!!

I'm confused....these are clones of charvels or real ones that are clones of earlier models or ones rockers used to use? Where do they come from?
So you buy guitars, fix them up or have them properly set-up, keep some, and sell others? That doesn't sound like it would be profitable, but...is it? Perhaps that's not the point.
