On the other hand, Warmoth, USA Custom, and Musikraft will build you a neck totally to your specs- fretwire size, fretboard radius, back profile, neck and fingerboard wood, double action truss rod, starting at around $160. These three companies supply neck and bodies for other manufacturers as well, like Pensa Suhr, Yamaha.
As far as fitting your Kramer, check the width of the neck pocket- if it's 2 3/16", then it's a standard Fender spec neck pocket and any of the above mentioned three companies will fit. If it's 2 1/4", then Musikraft is the only one that offers a neck with that width as an option.
