Connect Serie Parallel Epiphone Pickups

hello people i have a question.
I have a pair of pickups epiphone (es339)
they are attached to form a humbucker
red = hot
White and Green = solder
bare and black = ground

I want to make a connection with a DPDT that I can you a humbucker sound or sinlge (more single noiseless)

which connection to make in a key 6 poles.

First, however, you need to translate the Seymour Duncan conductor wire colour coding to Gibson/Epiphone using this illustration. http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=color_codes

If your Epiphone has the PCB and block connector controls wiring, you will need to partially dismantle this and, possibly, rebuild. It might be easier to use all-new pots.
