connecting a rack

hi guys,
one quick question..i'm putting a simple rack together with just a power conditioner and a rack mount tuner...do i need instrument or speaker cables to connect them?

instrument, think of it as a pedal. run your cord into the tuner and then out the tuner to a amp.

Insturment.

Try and put the tuner on a bypass if you can (ie, if one of your pedals has a tuner out, use that), that way you can use a cheaper cable than you would if it was within your signal path.
