Maybe wrong forum for this but I sent them an email via their automated system last week and left a voicemail yesterday and have yet to hear back. No giant rush on my end but I wanted to know if the contact info on the site was accurate? And if so, is the response time typically just a little slow? That's fine too, just want to make sure I am doing everything right on my end.

I've never had any luck with these guys.
Probably contacted them on 3 separate occasions for a LH neck. I got a reply once of the three, and then I wanted to hash out the details to make the order and never got any reply to any part of the mailbox.

Never again for me.

They took a while to get the nitro sprayed on my stuff but comms were never an issue.

IMO, Warmoth is the best for customer service, Brian Roossien always replies extremely quickly–last time I e-mailed him about an order he responded within 8 minutes. (definitely not saying that is the standard to expect, just saying he is on top of his game...unlike other companies.)
