control surface problems

I have a BCF2000 and it worked fine, then I got a new computer and upgraded some other stuff(which should not have affected anything). Now my controller won't do anything! I think I have everything set up right. I use Sonar 3 & 5 producer and Nuendo. I sent an e-mail to Behringer but i really don't expect anything back.
