I have a 2555 too, but it's an '88 model with a black head case so probably not as cool looking.

I love the custom shop hardwood amps that come out of Mesa Boogie. Someday I hope to own one.They are just beautiful. Mesa also gives you the option of over twenty different vinyls.

But I also have a love for the classics: Blackface Fenders and vintage Marshall stacks.

And just about any amp in blonde gets me wet, like my Maverick 212 and my Mark III combo with its matching 112 EVM Thiele cab. I was told by Mesa that this color in a Mark III is VERY rare, even moreso than the hardwood cabs. Blondes do have more fun.

Those hardwood Mesas are really cool looking. I almost wouldn’t want to gig with one for fear of damaging it!!

There are some great amps here, and I wish some of them sounded as good as good as they looked. I can see the appeal of an amp looking like high-end furniture, too, especially if you aren't gigging with it.
