it was the axe that got the biu treatment and the newly acclaimed bassman
this is just GREAT! love the tone, it's so.. cool hehe

Ibanez SA160QM (DiMarzio Blue Velvet single-coil neck and Super Distortion bridge, taking full advantage of Spin-A-Split mod)
Boss GT-6! (My old man bought me a Tonelab SE for Xmas/B-day, but I felt bad because it was so expensive, so I told him to return it and get me the GT-6. In my opinion, it murders the Vox. The Vox had nice cleans, but the distorted sounds were WAY less than stellar)
How did you guys know it was the SA? You've got powerful ears! I guess that's why this forum is so awesome, we have true tone gods here. Anyway, that's ALL I used. I was going to post the DiMarzio's I used in the title of the thread, but then realized that would scare away SD purists :smack:

Do you honestly want to know how i got it righte ... i was listening and just thought this is his SA... no reason why at all... never even heard one before .. so lets put it down to a guess!
Ive only eva once had experience with a GT-6 but it is a great board!

hey biu, you ever hear that guitar cover of big blue from F-zero? PM me and I'll send it over to you, it's pretty awesome. Every once in a while I record rocked out covers of video game music just for fun.
the composers hired for the squaresoft games wrote some kickass tunes for the FF games and such, especially chrono trigger, those are fun to play.

I think Nobuo Uematsu (FF) is a genius composer! I really look up to him.
Hahahaha, WFD. I'm not really an UNHOLY guitar player, but I will definitely do more clips with different pups.
