CREAM, from a strat?

What would be a good duncan pickup combo in a strat to get the tone Clapton got from the Cream Reunion? I know most of his tone comes from his hands, not to mention Strat and the Cornell amps though but still wondering. I play through a cyber twin SE if that helps with selection.

Clapton has the midrange/boost circuit in his signature strat with new Fender noiseless pickups....I think you'll need to get the tone at this point, mostly from your Cyber Twin....You'll need a 57 Tweed Twin setting on your amp and adjust the gain accordingly...Clapton's tone lately has been all about the CS Tweed Twin amp..
