When Canada Post emails you at 8am stating your NPD is out for delivery.... and at 4pm, it still hasn't arrived yet. :grumble:

If you can, have them deliver to your work. Many businesses get UPS by 10:30am.

Tried delivery at work. Canada Post always have a complication because since it's a storage space with no company signage they think it's vacant. Part of this is by design since we don't want to broadcast the location of thousands of dollars in computer and printer parts.
But even the notes on the door stating where to leave packages or requesting a delivery notice if nobody is around seems to confuse them. Strange because I've pointed out more than once when they tried to tell me my office/warehouse address didn't exist is easily found by the private couriers, but whenever the federal mail service gets used by the shipper, there's a problem.
