well, their reasoning is that quartz is harder than steel, in comparison to steel carbon fiber is hella tough, up to 3 times stronger than steel, and probably easier to work than quartz, i wonder about how well it handles abrasion in comparison to quartz, also it may be possible to injection mold frets of techtron hpv pps, which is a polymer with a stupid level high abrasion resistance that should go on without wear for many times the time stainless steel will

Are some pics of these frets? Actually, I've never heard of them. Stainless is hard enough, I'd think.
