Custom/59 hybrid & stk 4's in a HSS Strat?

Any experience with this set up? I have a set of STK 4'S will fill the neck and middle slots of my Alder/ Maple USA Strat. I was thinking of putting an Alternative 8 in the bridge, but after hearing some clips of the hybrid I'm having second thoughts..Anyone using these pickups together?
