With a Yamaha pacifica 112j peter from Denmark said I could have some string spacing problems. I like the sound of the 14.1 k-ohm. I am better at electronics than guitar. I build custom low watt apps handwired .

Yes, with the NECK p'up.

A std. HB format would work perfectly well, or you could use the Trembucker format (if you're suffering from OCD); both would work perfectly well in the BRIDGE position.

That pickup is powerful enough that if the poles are slightly off, the pickup will still 'hear' the strings just fine.
