I have been fruitlessly looking for someone to build my dream kit.
please someone, help!

a body just like :http://www.pvxguitars.com/doublecut.html but with 25.5 scale (its a PRS c24 clone with a long neck tenon...)

neck:
jackson style neck with either a compound radius or a 16 ish straight radius.
MOP sharkfin or block
neck and body binding
jackson headstock
carbon fiber reinforcements
shaved heel for shredder-orgasm-inducing upper fret access

Ok, the best help you'll get is that your specs will require the use of a custom builder.

There will be no kit maker that will do that.

There is a guy over on Mylespaul called Skyjerk. He posts mainly in the Luthier's Corner. He is well adept at doing what you want and his work is first-class. He might want to do the finish as well though. His specialty is neckthrough.....so a VERY long tenon indeed.

hahaha I was talking about professional luthiers who might be also be active on the forum.

complicated question.
I have lived in New York,Liverpool and Cordoba in the past year.
currently Im living in Tel Aviv for the next two months.
technically Im a citizen of new york, but I dont know when Ill be back in the states.
so international shipping is highly probable...
