Custom Wiring Diagram Needed

I need a diagram for a guitar with 2 humbuckers, 1 volume pot, 1 tone pot, and a five way switch.

I have a JB and a '59, and I want to configure the 5-way switch for the following options:

1. Bridge humbucker
2. Bridge single / split coil
3. Bridge humbucker and neck humbucker
4. Bridge single / split coil and neck single / split coil (for that strat tone)
5. Neck humbucker

I realize this is a bit asymmetric, unlike the many diagrams already out there. I don't think the five way switch in the guitar is a super switch, but I will be get one if that will make my idea possible. The current switch has 8 terminals.

just quickly drew this up so its not color code nor is it labled much so its probably hard to read for most but this should get you what you want

Hey thanks! Looking at the pickups, would that be black (north start) on the left, red and white (north and south finish) in the middle, and green (south start) on the right?

sry i didnt color them.. Normally I do but im lazy today.. just use this if you havent already.. If you are confused or whatever, ill go ahead and color/clean it up a bit for readability
