CustomCustom trouble

Re: CustomCustom trouble

You guy's are right...

This is a PRS also... so I am wired with 2 Vol no Tone... so I can do this...

Huh? PRS don't come with 2 Volumes. If both are acting as volumes you have a problem somewhere

Re: CustomCustom trouble

No I wired it that way.... diagrams right here at the site... So I could have the bleed cap options. 2 HB, 2 Vol, no tone, 3 Way, 2 PP w/ Artie's coil swap Mod.

Re: CustomCustom trouble

The Architect is very wise, treble bleed caps are very bad for fat tones. After I pulled mine it was like a new guitar!

Re: CustomCustom trouble

Would my Epi LP have this treble bleed cap(s) that's making my Seth Lover into a banshee?

Sorry, sonnyblu. I don't mean to hijack your thread, but I think I'm also getting closer to solving my similar problem.

Not normally, but it's really easy to tell. Just look at the volume pots and see if there is a cap with the legs each touching a contact.
