as usual we start with a Design
we discus whit our client what there needs are and working out a design together

The Design

after we finish the design the guitar model will be worked out to get ready for the water jet
than the parts return to us
than we try everything to see if everything fits and if the measures are correct

we also try to see how its gonna look when it is done

we welding the front and back together this is a slow process, totally done by hand

when the front and back is put together, we start welding everything

meanwhile we keep on taking measurements, and fitting parts because the steel works when it gets hot

and yeah it stand on his own

after welding and sanding and making the neckpocket it is time to paint

the first color is red, the sec. color Black
we paint it real rough because it is gonna get the typical D&C Relic finish

How much do these things weigh? You're using steel, right?
