Damage Control pedals....dare they still in business?

Just wondering about "Damage Control" pedals. Does anyone know if they are still in business? I have a "Liquid Blues" pedal by them and I just love it.

No, they went out of business a few years ago and turned into Strymon.

I had their Solid Metal pedal and the thing was killer. Rumor was they were going to release some amps but i think the merger took that off the drawing board.
