Damaged STK-S9b

I found an old stk-s9b pickup in my spare parts and measured resistance. Measured nothing between black - white wires. 100k from black - red wires. The pickup also has those handy solder points on the back, so I could check top coil and bottom coil, nothing on top coil, 100k on bottom coil. I assume this pickup is broken in some way, is there any saving it?

Is this the one with the glued-on cover? Then, no. You can't take the cover off without further damaging it. If the cover isn't glued, it can be fixed- either by you, or sending it back to SD.

I'm pretty sure it is glued on. Do you think anyone on the forum would want to buy this as is and is it even worth the cost of shipping?

Put it in the Trading Post and find out. Maybe someone is brave enough to experiment on one with a glued-on cover.
