Re: danelectro pedals?
I like they're normal pedals, and the mini ones aren't too bad either.
I had they're "fish & chips" eq pedal awhile back, and it worked fine for about a year or so. Then one day it just started sqeeling, this totally uncontrolable squeel. So it basically became useless as an eq after that. But its actually still kinda kool with the squeeling. I don't use it with guitar stuff anymore, But you can control the pitch of the squeel depending how the controls are set, which is kinda kool. So theres been a couple times i've ran the squeeling through a bunch of those effects and then used it as a droneing weirdness on a couple recordings. haha.
they're little blue delay pedal is pretty kool too, well kool for as cheap as it is. Although I would never take those things outta the house. Good for home use, and recording. But not really a "stomp box" if ya ask me. It seems like if you really stomped on them the way you can with a Boss pedal, or an Eh pedal, and just beat the crap outta them like you would one of those, The dano's would probably break quite quickly.
But they're deffinately worth the $15-$25 they sell for. Probably get at least a year outta them.
as a side note, Those Behringer pedals that sell for about the same price (but claim to be better quality) totally suck. They sound Horrible, and Its next to impossible to find one that actually works right. Nearly every one I've ever tried out in a store, was totally ****ed up straight outta the box. One of they're tremolo pedals the frickin "shape" knob fell off before I even Touched the knob. Pretty disappointing, haha.
