Tried these picks today and was pretty impressed. Feels kinda weird at first, but I am liking the tone from these derlin ones. I think the only gauge is medium. I have the blue one. They also have a jazz size in these, too.

I have some Jazz ones (they're too big if you're used to Jazz IIIs). They're really grippy and reasonably stiff - decent picks.
