I've never heard him really divulge this information in interviews or anything. Where were you able to get this info from?

That being said, it wouldn't suprise me if he used JBs.

I`ve read that Mick used a 59 for some of the tunes on Dr Feelgood. Back in the early `80 I`m pretty sure he was using a Dimarzio Super Distortion in his Les Paul.

Strung Out uses DD's I think. They sound kinda bright though but I'm not shure if that's the pickups I hear.
Still an awesome band with amazing musicians. (And they like solo's!)
I have talked with Jake from SO for a year and he has told me he uses the jb and sometimes the invader

Oh I thought testament was 81 bridge. I think I just read that somewhere. Man I really just started listening to them. Excellent stuff!

Mastodon's rhythm guitarist uses a DD. And lead guitarist, Gus, for Nightrage used it too. (Has singer from At the Gates)

eric uses the duncan DD
and depending on the disc like LOW james used a EMG 85 in the bridge.
alex used a DMZ F3 then the EVO later.

I read somewhere that Metallica used a Duncan distortion on the Master of Puppets album and i think Ride the Lightning.

kirk had a DD in one of his gibson V's for ride the lightning & master of puppets (before putting EMGs in everything). james had an invader in his flying v copy for ride the lightning, but used a stock gibson explorer for puppets.

i think the dude from stryper uses the DD too
