Man awesome tone and feeling in that playing! Would you rate the podXT much much higher than the 2.0 from personal experience? Cos ive got a 2 and i love it to bits for recording, get some killer tones!

Thanks man!

Um, honestly, be happy with your POD 2.0. When you feel yourself about through it all and about to outgrow it, move into the XT. If you can A-B compare them, you'll find certain things that the 2.0 does better. For instance, it broke my heart they eliminated the Boogie Mk. II+ from the lineup for the XT. I thought in the new model packs they'd have it, but no go. However, they did add a 30 cal Matchless, which ROCKS.

The XT is way more flexible and with USB, you don't need the MIDI cables any more.

Good luck!

mmmm, me like. its a little to much gain for my tastes on a blues clip, but could just be me. like the tone though, just for this, thought it was a little much....

great playing none the less....

is that a band or backing track?

Re: Death Sentence Blues

TO was right man, howsome playing, great tone... I feel right at home with your style, really similar to mine.

These line 6 digital devices are amazing.

Do they sound gound pluged into an amp? I had a Behringer V-Amp Pro once but find it cold with no dynamics compared to analog amps.

I composed all the bass, drums, and keys.

No, because that's not what they're made for.

The POD is a studio direct box. I would never ever use it live. That's why I have the Flextone III, because when I want to use Line 6's power live, that amp harnesses it.

Re: Death Sentence Blues

so those pickups have A2s instead of A5s right? I'm thinkin about gettin a burstbucker #3 in either the pro version(A5) or the A2 to go with my PGn.
